Meet Renee
A wife, mom, educational consultant, author, speaker, qualified life coach, and Trained Demartini Method Facilitator with a passion for lifelong education! Her qualifications include a BA and Diplomas in Specialised Education; Foundation Phase and Montessori Pre-Primary education.
Renee believes that we are all capable of bringing about the change we wish to see. Her purpose is to shine the LightOn education and serve in a way that brings great JOY to herself and to her clients… She delights in offering coaching, consulting, training workshops and programmes specially tailored to meet her client’s needs.

LightOn Education offers principals, teachers, parents, Naptosa, NGO’s and groups, an energetic, engaging speaker and facilitator, who designs keynotes, workshops and programmes that inspire, entertain and educate. As a SACE – South African Council for Educators – provider, she delivers practical, fun, staff development workshops on a variety of topics, which include Stress to Success, Educator Wellness, Positive Discipline, Literacy and Numeracy workshops. Attendees receive a certificate and CPTD points towards their personal professional development account.
Parent & Teaching Education

Renee’s Corporate employee and CSI programmes are fun, practical, sustainable, tested and scalable. They are designed to empower employees and communities. They include a wide variety of services from Customer Care Training to Positive Parenting Programmes for employees.

Inspirational
The teachers left the celebration feeling inspired and rejuvenated. As a result of the huge success of the World Teachers Day Celebration, principals have reached out to invite Mrs Lighton to address their teachers, learners and parents. Every one of these sessions has resulted in the participants feeling renewed and hopeful.

Magical morning
Thank you for continuing to support our learners via providing support to their parents - Renee performed her magic, once again, at Garden Village Primary School this morning. The parents were so eager and willing to learn from Renee! Not only did they learn a great deal about how to support their child/ren with their learning, but also about how to be a positive role model and to set up a strong value system in the home so that their child/ren can grow up to become the best version of themselves.
Immense value
A short note to thank you very much for your series of ECD lectures at the After School Childcare Centre in Sigagule Village, given in extremely uncomfortable heat conditions on Wednesday last. Judging by the overwhelming enthusiasm from Shirley-Anne, Nora and Mary your participation was of immense value to all who participated. On behalf of the Trustees of the Balule Outreach Trust, and personally, I should like to thank you for your generosity in giving up a comfortable day at 85 for your wonderful work and generous participation in the harsher reality of the Centre. Your visit has been truly inspirational and I sincerely hope that you might again consider giving up your valuable time when next you visit Olifants.

Renee showed us practical, creative and fun ways to play with your child using waste material. Renee is a real inspiration and her session are always full of fun.
